Why are our prices so low?

There are a few reasons why we can bring branded goods to you at such a low price: (1) We import directly from authorised distributors in the USA, thus cutting away unnecessary intermediary costs. (2) Bulk orders help us negotiate better prices from our distributors, bringing our cost prices down. (3) Our turnover is quick and hence we hold only a small inventory, saving inventory costs.

Why is PayPal better than bank transfer?

It matters to us that you feel safe buying from us. Making payment by PayPal gives you Buyer Protection for anything you bought. That means that you get 100% refund (including shipping costs) if you do not receive your item, or receives a wrong or damaged item when you pay for it using PayPal. So if you were worried about not getting your money back, don't even sweat it.

How it works
To get PayPal Buyer Protection, all you need to do is pay with PayPal. It's as simple as that. So if you pay for something and it never arrives or doesn't match the SpreeSuki's description - for example if you receive the wrong item or it gets damaged in the post - then PayPal'll give you your money back, as long as the eligibility requirements are met.

Eligibility Requirements
Any goods bought from SpreeSuki qualifies. You must raise a dispute within 45 days of a single PayPal payment for the full price of the item. If no satisfactory response is received from us, you may file a claim within 20 days of raising the dispute.

How to raise a dispute
You can file a dispute by going to PayPal's Resolution Center. PayPal will facilitate communication between you and the SpreeSuki. If you’re still not happy with the result, you can escalate the dispute into a claim. After reviewing a claim, PayPal will decide on reimbursement and refund 100% of your payment (including shipping costs) if PayPal decide in your favour.
